Aroma
Lifted and complex, with dark plum, blackberry, and black cherry alongside violet florals and cracked black pepper. Subtle oak adds hints of vanilla and clove, while earthy notes of graphite and cured meat reflect the vineyard’s character.
 
Palate
Medium-bodied and elegant. Juicy dark fruits are framed by pepper spice and gentle savoury undertones. Fine, chalky tannins provide structure, while natural acidity (TA 6.5) gives energy and lift. Oak influence is delicate, adding a whisper of vanilla that complements rather than dominates the fruit.
 
Finish
Long and persistent, with lingering black fruit, pepper, and a subtle vanilla-spiced edge.
