At Decent Wines, we take great care in packaging and shipping our wines to ensure they arrive at your door in perfect condition. We offer a range of shipping methods and costs to suit your needs, and we always aim to dispatch your order as quickly as possible. If you have any questions or concerns about shipping, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Return & Exchange Policy

We take pride in the quality of our wines and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Decent Wines. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, please contact us within 14 days of receiving it, and we will do our best to resolve the issue. We do not offer refunds, but we are happy to exchange any unopened bottles for another wine of equal or lesser value.

WARNING: Under the Liquor Control Reform Act 1998 it is an offence:

  1. To supply alcohol to a person under the age of 18 years (Penalty exceeds $17,000).

  2. For a person under the age of 18 years to purchase or receive liquor (Penalty exceeds $700).
